Through our commitment to charitable giving, social impact, and environmental sustainability, we empower and support those in need.

OUR STORY
Enhancing Lives Through Consulting Business Innovation (ELTCBI) takes a unique approach to corporate philanthropy. Instead of the company headquarters at Consulting Business Innovation deciding where and how to make charitable contributions, employees are empowered to support the communities and people that matter most to them.
POWER TO OUR PEOPLE
Consulting Business Innovation (CBI)Â provides support and guidance throughout the giving program process and also supplies the necessary administrative resources as part of its corporate social responsibility. Each chapter, led by a board of local Consulting Business Innovation employees, decides on fund allocation and coordinates fundraisers, volunteer activities, and donation drives. The chapters have the authority to determine how to distribute 100% of the funds raised.
A HISTORY OF COMPASSION
It all began when Consulting Business Innovation’s CEO/Founder, Luisa Jose, and CO-CEO Ryan Langley, heard incredible stories from employees during their visits to sites around the world. They listened to stories of need, adversity, resilience, and overcoming obstacles.
Moved by these tales, they knew that Consulting Business Innovation had to stand for more than just insanely great customer service. They wanted a way to empower our people to help in their own communities—and to come together as one in times of natural disasters and other dire circumstances.
And so, Enhancing Lives Through with Consulting Business Innovation (ELTCBI) was born—embracing the notion that family takes care of family. Since then, Consulting Business Innovation and the status quo of corporate giving have been forever changed.
