We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our Manager and team in completing various tasks and projects.

Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for supporting the Manager and the team by scheduling appointments, managing calendars and emails, creating reports, and handling sensitive information. This role requires excellent organizational skills, mid-level proficiency in Excel, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Manager and the team in completing tasks and projects.
  • Schedule appointments, events, and community projects.
  • Manage the Manager’s calendar and email.
  • Create analytics and basic reports using Excel (mid-level proficiency required).
  • Ensure that critical deadlines are met.
  • Draft and edit emails, letters, memos, and other confidential documents.
  • Take messages and respond to inquiries on behalf of the executive.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure data security.
  • Facilitate internal communication.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation, ensuring smooth and efficient travel for the executives.

  • Technical Requirements:
  • 💻 Windows 10 PC with up-to-date software.
  • 🌐 Minimum 30Mbps internet speed for seamless remote work.
  • 🎧 Noise-canceling headset for optimal remote communication
  • Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required, Plus Business Administration or Accounting Student
  • A Dominican ID or Work Permit is Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Mid-level proficiency in Excel.
  • Must Live in Puerto Plata

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.

Compensation:

  • Pay range: $200 DOP per hour.
  • Includes insurance.
  • Schedule:
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
