Chief Legal and Compliance Officer

Overview: Consulting Business Innovation is seeking an experienced and highly ethical Chief Legal and Compliance Officer to ensure our operations comply with legal standards and internal policies.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee the company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to legal standards and internal policies.
• Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk, and develop corrective action plans.
• Provide guidance on compliance matters to the management team.
• Conduct regular audits and monitor compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present compliance reports to the board of directors.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar.
• Extensive experience in legal and compliance roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Experience in a call center or contact center environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High ethical standards and integrity.

• Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour

Work Arrangement:

• Start working from home with future onsite availability required In Florida or Michigan.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or 11.
• Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
• Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
• A minimum of 4GB RAM.
• Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed required.
• Clean and quiet workspace.
