Job Summary: The Commercial Pricing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that maximize profitability and market share. This role involves analyzing market trends, competitor pricing, and customer behavior to set optimal prices for our services. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- -Develop and implement pricing strategies for our call center and contact center services.
- -Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform pricing decisions.
- -Analyze customer behavior and demand to optimize pricing models.
- -Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- -Monitor and adjust pricing based on market conditions and business performance.
- -Prepare and present pricing reports and recommendations to senior management.
