Contact Center Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a Motivated Site Coordinator to manage the daily operations at our Dominican Republic office. The Site Coordinator will ensure that the office environment is well-maintained, team needs are met, and operations run efficiently. This individual will work closely with HR, supervisors, and the executive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help maintain a productive, supportive, and organized workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in call center management, with a proven track record of operational success.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a growing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of staff and management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho People, Salesforce, Slack, and Avaya (preferred).

Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee the daily operations of the Dominican Republic office to ensure efficiency and organization.
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll teams to manage attendance, Agent schedules, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure all office equipment (phones, computers, etc.) is functioning and coordinate any necessary repairs or upgrades.
  • Facilitate onboarding of new employees and assist in the orientation process.
  • Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and office needs.
  • Support to Teams:
  • Provide Operational support to teams to ensure they have the resources needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and supervisors to maintain a productive work environment and meet service goals.
  • Manage logistics related to employee workstations, technology, and other office supplies.
  • Facilities Management:
  • Ensure the office is clean, safe, and equipped with the necessary tools for employees to perform their tasks.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services as needed.
  • Ensure the office is in compliance with local health and safety regulations.
  • Administrative Duties:
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment, placing orders when necessary.
  • Assist the HR department in coordinating team-building activities and office events.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of employee attendance records, office supplies inventory, and equipment.
  • Communication:
  • Serve as a liaison between the Dominican Republic office and the executive management in the USA
  • Report regularly to upper management on office performance and highlight any areas requiring attention.
  • Coordinate internal communication, ensuring employees are informed of any changes or important announcements.

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule:

  • 8-hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (Starting remotely, must be available for onsite shifts in the future)
