Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a high level of service.
- Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
- Implement and improve customer service processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
- Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve team performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.

Qualifications:
- Must reside in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Experience with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- 6 months Contact Center experience, preferred

- Windows 10 PC with up-to-date software.
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
