Customer Service Manager

Position Summary: Embark on a leadership journey with us as a Remote Customer Service Manager! Join our dynamic team and lead a group of dedicated customer service representatives to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to ensure a high level of service.
  • Set and monitor performance targets for the team.
  • Implement and improve customer service processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall customer experience.
  • Analyze data and feedback to continuously improve team performance.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews.
  • Able to work independently

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Experience with CRM systems and customer service software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • 6 months Contact Center experience, preferred

Technical Requirements:

  • Windows 10 PC with up-to-date software.
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • Clean and quiet workspace
  • Noise Canceling Headset
