Qualifications:

  • -High school diploma Dominican ID or Work Permit
  • -Intermediate to advanced English level.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
