Overview:
Consulting Business Innovation (CBI) is a leading provider of Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Call Center, and Contact Center services. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global IT Director to lead our Information Technology team and drive technological excellence.
Position Responsibilities:
- -Develop and implement the IT strategy and roadmap in alignment with the organization’s objectives.
- -Oversee the management of Applications Development, IT Operations, IT Technical Services, and Information Security teams.
- -Ensure the reliable and efficient operation of the organization’s IT infrastructure and services.
- -Lead efforts to improve and optimize application development processes and methodologies.
- -Implement and enforce robust information security policies, procedures, and controls.
- -Manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective delivery of services.
- -Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the IT department.
- -Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and meet technology needs.
- -Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- -Monitor and evaluate the performance of IT systems to ensure their effectiveness and reliability.
- -Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive strategic initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- -Minimum of 3 years direct experience in the Information Technology sector, with significant experience designing,
- -implementing, and deploying technology solutions.
- -Demonstrated experience in managing IT teams and overseeing IT operations in a complex environment.
- -Strong leadership and management experience, including oversight of IT functions in complex environments.
- -Expertise in security systems, enterprise applications, electronic data interchange (EDI), and HIPAA transactions.
- -Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field is required.

Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $125,000 per year

- Work from Home Requirements:
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
- Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and quiet workspace.
Note: CBI will provide the necessary equipment to ensure you have the tools needed to perform your job effectively.
Work Arrangement:
Start working from home with future onsite availability required in Florida or Michigan.
- Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises and leads a group of managers and analysts in the IT Department.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
- Provide leadership and direction to the IT staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
