Manager, Government Contracting Specialist Team

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Manager to lead our Government Contracting Specialist Team and drive success in securing government contracts.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the Government Contracting Specialist Team, ensuring high performance and achievement of targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify and secure government contracting opportunities.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for government contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of government contracts and projects.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align government contracting efforts with overall business goals.

Compensation:

  • Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or 11.
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
  • Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
  • A minimum of 4GB RAM.
  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.

Work Arrangement:

  • Start working from home with future onsite availability required in Florida or Michigan.
