  • Job Summary: As part of #TeamInnovation, you’ll help our clients by addressing their customers’ concerns, providing support, and resolving issues.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service.
  • Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Maintain and update customer information as necessary.
  • Upsell current customers on new or enhanced services.
  • Qualifications
  • Must reside in the United States.
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.Analytical Skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems is a plus
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
  • Technical Requirements:
