Training and Development Manager

Overview: Consulting Business Innovation is seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Training and Development Manager to oversee employee training programs and professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
• Assess training needs and create customized training plans.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide coaching and support to employees.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training and development management or a similar role.
• Experience in a call center or contact center environment is required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in training software and tools.

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Schedule Monday to Friday

Work Arrangement:

• Start working from home with future onsite availability required In Florida or Michigan.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or 11.
• Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
• Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
• A minimum of 4GB RAM.
• Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed required.
• Clean and quiet workspace.
