Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for new and existing employees.
- Assess training needs and create customized training plans.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Provide coaching and support to employees.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in training and development management or a similar role.
- Experience in a call center or contact center environment is required.
- Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in training software and tools.
Compensation:
- Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour

Schedule Monday to Friday
Work Arrangement:
- Start working from home with future onsite availability required In Florida or Michigan.
Work from Home Requirements:
- Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or 11.
- Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
- Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
- A minimum of 4GB RAM.
- Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
- Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
- ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
- Proof of internet speed required.
- Clean and quiet workspace.
