Sales Specialist (Remote)

Position Summary: Join our team as a Remote Sales Specialist and play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries with innovative solutions! As a key player in our sales force, you’ll connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to provide exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with customers through various channels to resolve inquiries and concerns.
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Respond to requests for assistance and process payments.
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Provide feedback on call issues to enhance customer experience.
  • Meet defined sales objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in the United States.
  • High School Graduate or GED.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service and sales experience.
  • Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • 6 months Contact Center experience (preferred).
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Availability to work various shifts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and stay composed under pressure.
  • Strong listening and negotiating skills.

Work from Home Requirements:

  • Internet Connection:
    • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps.
    • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps.
    • ISP must have no packet loss, and ping under 50ms.
    • Proof of internet speed required.
  • Clean and quiet workspace.
