Sr. Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

• -Develop and implement business strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
• -Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and client needs.
• -Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• -Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
• -Prepared and presented business proposals and reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

• -Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• -Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• -Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• -Ability to analyze market trends and data.
• -Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• -Experience in a call center or contact center environment is required.
  

Compensation:

• Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour  Full-time

Work Arrangement:

• Start working from home with future onsite availability required in Florida.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Must be able to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or 11.
• Wired Ethernet LAN connection.
• Internet Connection (Satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted).
• A minimum of 4GB RAM.
• Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.0 Mbps.
• Minimum subscribed upload rate equal or exceeds 3.0 Mbps.
• ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
• Proof of internet speed is required.
• Clean and quiet workspace.
