Sr. Business Development Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Business Development Manager at Consulting Business Innovation , you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and securing new clients and projects. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic business development initiatives to expand our client base and revenue streams. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Objectives:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.

•Develop and implement strategic business development plans to penetrate target markets and industries.

•Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches for prospective clients.

•Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for Consulting Business Innovation

•Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.

    Responsibilities:

    •Lead generation: Proactively identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, and online research.

    Client relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations, understanding their pain points and objectives.

    Proposal development: Work closely with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of Consulting Business Innovation services.

    •Negotiation and closing: Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

    Pipeline management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date pipeline of prospective clients and projects, tracking progress and outcomes.

    Reporting and analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends to senior management.

      Skills and Qualifications:

      •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

      •Proven track record of success in business development, sales or preferably contact center/Call center industry.

      •Strong understanding of business development principles, strategies, and best practices.

      •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.

      •Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to influence decision-making processes.

      •Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

      •Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform business development strategies.

      •Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).

      • Computer with sufficient processing power and memory to handle business applications smoothly.
      • High-quality noise-canceling headset for clear communication during calls and virtual meetings.
      • Internet Connection:
      • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloading data.
      • Minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps to ensure smooth video conferencing and file sharing.
      • Stable and reliable internet connection to prevent interruptions during critical business activities.

        Salary: hourly rate $35 per hour
