Position Summary: Consulting Business Innovation is seeking a motivated Team Leader to oversee a team of call center agents, ensuring high performance and quality service.

Role Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of call center agents.
  • Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Set clear team goals and KPIs.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
