Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements:
- High School Graduate or GED
Requirements Technical
- 💨 High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload (Mobile home internet and Satellite internet service are not permitted)
- 🪟 Operating system of Windows 11
- One Monitor
- Clean and Quiet Workspace
- 💻 Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not permitted)
- 🎧 Wired USB headset Noise Cancellation with microphone for clear communication

Earnings & Revenue:
- 💵 Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $9 to $14 per hour

Contractors must successfully pass a criminal background check.
Contractors are responsible for filing their taxes as they are not W2 employees.
Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Consulting Business Innovation is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your program assignment. Consulting Business Innovation will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Consulting Business Innovation for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
