Workforce Management Manager

Consulting Business Innovation (CBI) Is a Global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Call Center, and Contact Center Services. We are looking to Expand Our Team with a Dedicated Workforce Management Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement workforce management strategies to optimize staffing levels and ensure efficient operations.
• Oversee staffing, and scheduling, and analyze workforce performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with various departments to forecast staffing needs and create schedules.
• Manage workforce allocation and ensure compliance with laws and regulations, mentor a team of workforce analysts.
• Ensure company policies and industry regulations.
• Provide regular on-demand reports and insights to senior management regarding workforce performance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance workforce efficiency.
• Lead and coach the workforce management team to achieve organizational goals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in workforce management, preferably in a BPO or call center environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in workforce management software and tools.
• Bilingual Spanish/English

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location:

• Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic (Starting Remotely, must be available for On-site shifts in the future)
